# Having Issues Creating a Free Account?
When attempting to create an account with Cybrary, if you receive an error message it is possible that you are receiving this error because of the location of your IP address. There are certain locations that make our website inaccessible based on US federal sanctions. If you are interested in seeing this list, it can be found [here](https://home.treasury.gov/policy-issues/financial-sanctions/sanctions-programs-and-country-information).
If your location is not on this list, here are a few troubleshooting steps we will ask you to try!
1. Please clear your cache and cookies and disable any pop-up blocker or VPN you may have installed
2. Download the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome
3. Launch Google Chrome Incognito Mode, visit [www.cybrary.it](http://www.cybrary.it/) and then sign-up
If you still encounter issues, contact *support@cybrary.it* from the same email address you're trying to register with a screenshot of the error message for further assistance.
