Why isn't my video progress recording?
Cybrary uses Vimeo as our 3rd party video provider. As such, be sure that Vimeo is not blocked by your firewall settings as noted here. Additionally, please make sure Vimeo is also not blocked in your country as discussed here.
If you're progressing through a video course and your progress is not being recorded, you may need to check to see if your browser is blocking 3rd party cookies. If so, your progress and completion may not be able to be recorded by our platform.
