CYBRScore:
Within CYBRScore, you will see instructions on the right hand side of your screen. Next to those instructions, you will see empty checkmark boxes that you will need to check off as you progress through the lab. Once they are “checked off” appropriately, you will see a green checkmark in its place. (See Figure 1)

As you check the boxes, you will see a progress bar at the bottom right screen slowly fill up. Once you have reached 100% of Tasks Complete, please click the end button. DO NOT CLOSE THE WINDOW. (See Figure 2)

Once clicked, you will be prompted with the below message. Please click “Yes, end my lab” in order to receive credit for your lab. (See Figure 3) Results may take up to 24 hours to populate.

Practice Labs:
To ensure that the lab has been properly submitted for completion, you must progress through all activities in the lab. In order to progress through a Practice Lab, you will need to click the next button after finishing the activity on a page.
When you are finished, click "COMPLETE" to turn it green. Once done, you may close and leave the lab environment. (Figure 1)
If you wish to receive a score with completion on your profile, please ensure that Exam Mode is selected upon launching your exam. (See Figure 2) Results may take up to 24 hours to populate.

In order to progress through the practice test, you will need to click the next button after selecting your answer. (See Figure 4). When you get to the final question, this will be replaced by a "Finish" button (See Figure 5).

Upon click, you will be taken to the following screen, where you will need to click "Finish" and "Submit". After doing so your completion will register appropriately. Results may take up to 24 hours to populate.

iMocha:
When you get to the last question of your iMocha test, the next button will be opaque. Upon hover it will tell you to press the Finish Test button found on the bottom right of your screen. (See Figure 1)

After clicking on the “Finish Test” button, you must confirm by clicking the Finish Test button again on the next screen (See Figure 2). From there you should be redirected to your Cybrary environment. Results may take up to 24 hours to populate.

CyberVista:
If you are encountering completion issues regarding a practice test provided by CyberVista, please return to the test environment and screenshot your score from within the Performance Tracker as proof of completion, which can then be brought to the attention of Cybrary Support for further investigation (See figure 1).
