Cybrary integrates various vendor partners to provide our learners with a variety of hands-on experiences, from virtual labs to multiple types of assessments. Cybrary receives that data in two different ways:
Note: If you complete a course that contains one of the following activities, please allow up to 24 hours for progress to be updated. If 24 hours has passed and you're still not seeing a progress update, clear your cache and cookies before contacting our Support Team.
1. Data Pushed from Vendor
It may take a few minutes after completion of a piece of content from the below vendors for your results to appear under My Enrollments.
Cydefe - Cybrary receives assessment data from Cydefe upon completion of an assessment.
iMocha - Cybrary receives assessment data from iMocha upon completion of an assessment.
2. Data Requested from Vendor
It may take up to the listed time (24 hours) for your results to appear under My Learning depending on what type of content was completed.
CYBRScore - Cybrary requests data from CYBRScore.
CyberVista - Cybrary requests data from CyberVista.
Skillable - Cybrary requests data from Skillable.
Practice Labs - Cybrary requests data from Practice Labs. This applies to both labs and exams from Practice Labs.
You can attempt to troubleshoot lab issues by repeating the lab, being sure to check each box, and hit DONE once you leave the lab environment as shown in the image below
3. How to Identify the Vendor
There are two places that you can check to identify the vendor. First, you can look at the course card which will include the Vendor name. If you cannot find the course card, you can identify the lab vendor in "My Learning".
