What is Cybrary Baseline?
Cybrary Baseline - Overview
To easily identify, quantify, and remediate their team’s skill gaps, Team Administrators now have the ability to assign multi-part Baselining Goals to their learners. Each goal consists of three steps:
- Pre-Assessment - Based on their work role, learners are assigned one or more topic-aligned Assessments.
- Remediation - Each learner is then assigned custom content recommendations determined by their Pre-Assessment performance.
- Post-Assessments - Learners complete each Assessment a second time to demonstrate their improvement in each topic.
As learners work through their Baselining Goals, Team Admins can easily monitor their progress through our all-new Baselining Dashboard.
How can Team Members use Cybrary Baseline?
On the Cybrary Baseline page, team members can do the following:
- engage in the work role-aligned Assessments
- view their scores
- access Results Reports
- compare themselves to the greater Cybrary community
This rich data set offers a roadmap for team members. It helps them identify areas of strength and those that require further development.
How can Administrators use Cybrary Baseline?
The Company Overview page provides administrators with a summary view of their team’s performance.
Cybrary Baseline (Teams) - Company Overview
Your Company Score, represented in the Company performance over time graph, is an average of your team’s best Assessment scores across all work roles and topics. The Company Score provides a simple way to track progress over time and lets administrators easily compare their teams to the Cybrary community of millions of users.
Assessment Paths
The Assessment Paths table breaks down the Company Score. Assessment attempts are decomposed into their associated work roles, giving administrators a deeper dive into each team’s performance. This table also allows administrators to see how their team’s results have trended over the last 90 days. As with the Company Score, administrators can compare these results to the Cybrary community to benchmark performance.
Individual Results
The Individual Results table decomposes things further so administrators can see how each team member is performing. As with the data above, this view shows administrators the average best attempt across all roles and topics, as well as how results are trending.
Cybrary Baseline (Teams) - Path Overview
The Path Overview is an even more detailed look at a team’s performance in the context of a specific work role. Similar to the Company Score chart, the Paths Overview chart shows administrators an average of their team’s best attempts broken down by topic within the defined role. This chart highlights a team's strengths and weaknesses and what further training each member needs.
Below the trendline chart is a table that allows administrators to quickly and easily review each team member's performance. This color-coded table compares individual team members to each other and to the company overall. Administrators can use this view to identify top performers, recognize deficiencies, and even key in on topics where their team needs to engage in Assessments.
Cybrary Baseline (Teams) - Path Overview - Learner Results
To access individual results, click a team member’s name in the trendline chart below the Paths Overview. As with the Path Overview page, the trendline chart breaks down a team member’s performance on each topic within a work role. This chart also shows the selected team member’s best attempts broken down by topic within the defined role over time.
The same comparison chart from the Path Overview page appears here as well, isolated to a specific team member’s results. To see the Assessment Results and associated recommendations for each of the topics, simply click on the team member’s scores in the table.
