Q: I have a Cybrary Insider Pro subscription / I’m a Cybrary Teams member. Why am I getting told I need a Microsoft Trial to do labs?
A: Skillable is one of our third party learning partners, who hosts virtual lab content related to Microsoft 365. Recent updates with Microsoft now require each learner to sign up for a free trial utilizing their credit card. This free trial is necessary to do the prerequisite lab, as each lab in the collection builds on that prerequisite lab.
It is the responsibility of each learner to cancel the trial before they are charged a subscription.
Because this specification is mandated by Microsoft, Cybrary and Skillable are unable to circumvent this requirement. This trial is only necessary for the Microsoft 365 lab series. No other labs are affected by this.
This includes labs in the following Collections:
- SC-300 Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator
- Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security
- Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator
- Microsoft 365 Administrator
