At Cybrary, we are a subscription service. When you subscribe to become a Cybrary Insider Pro, you agree to a recurring subscription that bills automatically - monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan - as we do not offer single month or year memberships nor do we have a pay-per-course model.
If you upgrade to an annual subscription, you will receive an email notification seven (7) days in advance of your impending renewal. This email will go to the email used to upgrade your account, so we advise that any information in your profile remain up-to-date so there is not a lapse in correspondence.
Additionally, if you do not take action to cancel or modify your subscription in that seven (7) day period, or any time prior to your next term, your subscription will renew automatically. Any necessary changes need to be made prior to 11:59 p.m. EST on the day before your next recurring billing date in order to avoid being charged. Cancellations made during the paid term will result in continued, full access to our platform until the end of the subscription period.
To cancel, you can manage your subscription in your Membership settings by choosing to Stop Automatic Billing and complete the cancellation process, which includes a cancellation survey. You may also reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation. Again, this must be done prior to renewal as we do not refund any subscriptions.
Not using the platform or updating payment information does not equate to a successful cancellation. Updated credit card information is periodically received from credit card issuers to avoid an interruption in service.
If you’ve changed email addresses, need to change your payment method, do not wish to renew automatically, or would like to cancel, contact us at email@example.com.
