Canceling Your Cybrary Insider Pro Subscription
We’re sad to see you go! We hope to have you back in the program soon. To cancel your subscription, please head to your Membership Settings tab in the top right-hand side of your Cybrary profile.
Once there, you can process your request under Active Subscriptions. In order to complete the cancellation process, we’ve asked you to complete a brief survey to provide us feedback about your experience.
If the subscription was canceled prior to renewal, no new charge will occur. However, please be advised that if the subscription auto-renews, the new subscription amount will not be refundable and the account will cancel at the end of term.
You’ll also receive an email confirming your cancellation within 1 hour. If you were a new Cybrary Insider Pro member, your refund will be processed within 48 hours if you cancelled within 7 days of your subscription (New Subscribers only).
Your Cybrary account will always be available and you can upgrade again at any time and pick up where you left off.

I have exactly the same situation. Is it possible to get the refund ? I do not see any warning or information for you in my Inbox to alert me about the New enrollement! I think it is not really fair ! Thanks you for tout answer.

I am also looking for a refund for an auto renewal. Why was there no renewal notice sent out to customers to give us options. Cybrary number to call is 301-220-2802.

I also was charged an expensive $399 renewal that I did not believe I ever opted in for. I am asking for a refund as soon as possible or I will dispute this fee. For Cybrary to do this without any warning whatsoever is very dirty and underhanded. I will be telling my coworkers about this because they too have Cybrary and to be expecting a renewal fee
I was also charged for a yearly subscription which i never signed for auto-renewal. I am trying to contact them if not I will file a dispute with my credit card company.
I was also charged for a yearly subscription without receiving any notification about the renewal. I have cancelled my pro membership and I would like to be refunded. Is anyone from Cybrary paying attention to the comments in this article? I have recommended Cybrary in the past but from now on I will be telling all my friends in IT to avoid it.
