The following article provides information on the Cybrary Assessments tool available to Teams Customers. Cybrary Assessments are also available to our CIP and Free customers to take so they can gain a better understanding of their skill sets, and have a more prescriptive learning experience.
As of 1/24/24 you will notice a potential change in your score. This is due to an update in the weight applied to assessment activities to provide a more accurate depiction of skill level.
Results Reporting for Cybrary Assessments
Results Reporting for Cybrary Assessments is now available through the Teams hub!
To access the reporting tools, navigate to Teams / Paths / Assessment Paths, where you will see a list of Cybrary’s role-based Assessment Paths. From this page, you can review path details (View Details), access assessment results (View Results), and assign assessment paths as Goals (Assign as Goal).
Clicking View Details for any Assessment Path will pull up the Results Report. From the Overview tab, you can see side-by-side comparisons of the average of your team’s best scores for each topic in the Assessment Path (Topic Breakdown).
From the Learners tab, you can see each learner’s best score for each topic.
On the Assessment Path's Overview tab, clicking a Topic will open the Results Report for that individual Assessment. On the Assessment’s Overview tab, you can see the average of your team’s best scores for the Assessment (Average Score) and average score distribution of your team's best scores for the Assessment (Average Score Distribution).
Clicking a percentile bar will open a modal displaying the names and scores of the learners within that percentile.
On the Assessment’s Learners tab, you can see each learner’s best score for that Assessment, as well as their Start Date and Completion Date for that attempt.
Clicking any individual learner’s score (at either the Assessment Path or Assessment level) will open the learner’s own Results Report - the same report shown to the learner at the conclusion of their assessment, including their Recommended Learning.
