What do I do if I no longer have access to my email account?
At login, every learner with a single email address is prompted to add a secondary email address. This secondary email is intended as an alternative login as well as a recovery email, in the instance a learner loses access to their primary email account.
Once access is lost or de-provisioned, we cannot change user data, reroute password resets to another email if it is not currently on file, or transfer user data to another Cybrary account. See: Merge Accounts
For security purposes, we cannot create, alter, or delete user accounts.
If you have left an employer or had a school email de-provisioned and did not have a secondary email under your Cybrary account, you will need to create a brand new account with an accessible email address.
