Can I merge my accounts? Can my old account data be transferred to my new account?
Every Cybrary user account created comes with a unique user ID, to which all account data (including enrollment progress, certificates of completion, and XP amount) are attached. Account emails can be added, changed, and deleted, but the identifiable user ID remains the same.

Due to this, we cannot transfer or merge activity between two active Cybrary accounts. If you would like one of your registered emails to fall under a primary account, you will need to delete one account and then you can use that email as a secondary, recovery email for the remaining account.
Cybrary for Teams has the option to enable SSO login for their team members to access their Cybrary account via their network IdP. If your team has SSO enabled, you will not be able to add your work email as a secondary email.
If you have lost access to your Cybrary account and create a new account, we cannot transfer your data to a new account. (See: Loss of Email Access)
