How to: Change your Cybrary Insider Pro subscription

Are you looking to change your Cybrary Insider Pro subscription from monthly to annual or vice versa? Read below for a step-by-step guide to update your subscription in app!

As a Cybrary Insider Pro, you have the ability to manage your subscription directly in the Cybrary platform. If you are looking to change your subscription from monthly to annual or annual to monthly you can do so in our online billing portal.

Any changes made will go into effective on your next renewal date.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Cybrary Insider Pro account
2. Click your Profile Avatar in the top right hand corner to display a drop down menu,
3. Under Account, click Membership
4. Click Manage Subscriptions (Image 1)
5. Once you click Manage Subscription, you can change your current subscription by clicking into the subscription to be brought to Subscription Details 
6. Click Edit Subscription (Image 2)
7. Select the new, preferred subscription type (Image 3)
8. Click Update Subscription to bring you back to the main billing portal (Image 4)
9. You can click View scheduled change (Image 5)
