🎓 My Learning: Navigating Your Training Workspace
The My Learning section is your personal command center for all the content you’re working on, have saved, completed, or been assigned. You can navigate to it via your avatar icon and then clicking “My Learning”.
You’ll find everything organized under the following five tabs:
🔄 1. In Progress
- Shows all content you've started but not yet completed
- Includes:
- Collections (bundled learning paths)
- Courses, labs, assessments, and more
- Each item shows your % progress, time remaining, and a quick link to Continue Learning
- Use this tab to pick up where you left off and stay on track
📌 2. Saved Items
- This is your bookmarked library
- Shows content you’ve saved for later while browsing or exploring the library
- Great for building a personalized learning queue or keeping content handy that aligns with upcoming goals
✅ 3. Completed
- Shows a chronological list of everything you’ve finished, including:
- Courses
- Labs
- Assessments
- Practice Tests
- Also includes your completion date and score (where applicable)
- You’ll also see “My Collections” here if you completed an entire bundle
📄 Certificates of Completion
- Navigate to the left-hand side menu in this tab and click “Certificates”
- This displays official certificates from completed courses and labs
- You can download or share them with managers or the certification governing body for CEU/recertification reporting
📅 4. Upcoming
- Shows learning goals that have been assigned to you but haven’t started yet
- Each goal will display:
- Start date
- Due date
- Required actions (e.g., complete 12 learning hours)
- Use this to prepare in advance for scheduled or quarterly assignments from your admin or team lead
⏳ 5. Expired
- Lists any “Goals” that have passed their deadline without completion
- These are often used for audit tracking by admins
- Even if a goal expires, you can still complete the learning content—it just may not count toward the original target
💡 Tips for Learners:
- Check the “Completed” tab weekly to track your CEUs and export certificates
- Use “Saved Items” like a personal playlist—great for bookmarking cert prep or career path resources
- Don’t worry if a goal shows as expired—focus on continuing your learning and communicating with your manager if needed
